Breena was in a daze as she passed through the inn, with every step she fought to stay upright. She kept yanking herself from the blackness of her mind, but she was so tired. When the pain began to throb again she'd pause in her stride and grip onto Rheavon's arm. Why was she such a fool? She provoked Dryke knowing that her arm was already in a weakened state. What's done is done, she thought, but now she must rest her arm once again, and she has never been too fond, or too good at resting.
Breena returned the smile as she gazed up at Rheavon, she nuzzled against his touch and closed her eyes. When his lips met hers for a moment she forgot her pain, she simply wanted to drink in his kisses, maybe they could aid in the pain. " I'm glad you came back to me.." She took his hand in hers and her lips lightly placed kisses upon his fingertips.
It wasn't long after Rheavon slipped into bed that Leila popped her head in. Breena could see her emerald eyes shimmering from across the room, the girl was simply astonishingly beautiful. Breena pat the bedside next to her and Leila rushed to her side, she glanced over the woman's body, the cuts were already healing however they were still in need of attending. One never knew if a simple cut could turn into a complex infection.
" I owe you, this is the least I could do.."Leila Whispered as she began to undress Breena's form, careful as not to pain her further. Those were the last words Breena heard before her head hit the pillow, and she hit it hard. She would have a deep, blank sleep all night, the kind that would restore one's form in no time.
Leila spent a great deal of time mending Breena's cuts and scrapes, and when it came to her arm she grimaced herself. How could a woman, not a man, a woman endure so much pain? For a girl she doesn't even know, for a farm girl. It wasn't as if she was some magnificent Queen, it brought tears to Leila's eyes as she watched the sleeping form of Breena. She shook her head and applied a cooling poultice to Bree's arm, it would bring down the swelling and numb the area until the morning. She then wrapped cloth around her arm, starting at her wrist and then ending at her bicep. When she was through with that she created a sling for her and gently she slid it over her shoulder and under her arm. With a sigh Leila finally slid under the covers with Bree, her eyes admiring the brave woman before she fell into a light sleep.

Rheavon smiled as he let his eyes close, he had been watching quietly. Feeling a little protective, he had wanted to make sure that the girl didn't accidentally make matters worse. After watching Breena fall asleep, and the girl tenderly bandaging her wounds he smiled again and rolled over, content with the fact that Breena was in good care.

Leila's eyes fluttered open as the sun's rays entered the room, the light seemed to illuminate her; locks of red seemed to flicker as if they were set aflame. The little girl stretched her form under the covers, careful as not to hit the woman beside her. She sighed softly. The night felt like it was to never end for her, she stayed awake for most of it, watching Breena.
She slipped out from under the covers and made her way toward the window. It was a perfect view of the stable, and it was a beautiful stable. Leila could faintly hear Tor pounding his hooves in the stall, she knew it was him because Fallon told her how anxious he was. He also told her if she heard screams in the night it was Tor, calling for Breena. It touched her that the woman had such a strong bond with a wild animal, and she made no mistake in thinking him tame. The very thought spoke volumes of the sort of being she was, here was a woman surrounded by men, a woman who felt at ease in the company of them. A woman who loves a Drow, she made no mistake in seeing adoration in both parties. Does her bravery know no bounds? Leila wished she was only half as brave as she.
Breena turned on her stomach, laying upon her wounded arm. She whimpered softly and quickly moved to a more comfortable position. She did not wake, and would not wake for some time.

Stirred from his sleep as the sounds of movement entered the room. Sitting up he spotted the little one watching outside the window, smiling a little he sat up in bed, chuckling as he noticed he fell asleep with his swords still belted on. Quickly unstrapping them he layed them on the mattress beside him and stretched.
"So, I would like to thank you...I'm sure Breena will as well, for looking after last night." Smiling as he scooted forward sitting on the edge of the bed, "So what is your name anyway?"

Leila continued to stare out the window, wistfully. Somewhere deep inside she missed her home, but she did not miss the mob that was after her. She was almost relieved to be away from the farm land, having grown up always wanting to travel, to be apart of something larger than life itself. A silly dream, a silly thought.
The girl nearly leapt out of her skin when the sudden voice entered the air. She let out a squeak as she turned upon her heel. Immediately crimson rushed into her cheeks, it brought out the emerald hues all the more. She bowed her head in shame before she spoke. "I..I'm sorry. I'm still a little jumpy. I.. " She puffed her cheeks out and clasped her hands before her. " There is no need of any thanks..truly.." She replied sheepishly.." I owe my life to Breena, as well as all of you. It was the least I could do.." She eyed the Drow's swords, she couldn't help but shudder as a chill ran up and down her spine. "Leila. My name is Leila Flanaghan. Who are you?" She deliberately asked the question. She wanted to know more than his name, if she were to trust him.

Smiled again, "No its really appreciated." Seeing her eye the swords he goes on, "Would you be more comfortable if I put them away?" Not even waiting for her answer, he gathered the weapons, leaning over the edge of the bed opposite to her and laying them on the floor. "Me? My name is Rheavon Stormweaver. I am lord over an area near here...took over once my father passed on." Letting a soft sigh out.
Climbing to his feet he strode over near where she was, watching out the window, smiling as he saw two grooms trying to keep an animal under control, "It appears Tor is in a cheerful mood," Glancing over at Breena's sleeping form he laughed again, "He will probably stay in such a mood untill he sees Breena up and doing better."

Leila's form relaxed once the swords were out of her vision. She appreciated the gesture greatly, even though she did not ask him to remove them, and she probably wouldn't have. A frown creased her face as he spoke of his father passing on, instead of staring out the window she gave a bow of her head and a curtsy to him, to show proper respect to a Lord. " Forgive me, My lord.." She shook her head and sighed softly. " I didn't know.."
The name Stormweaver seemed vaguely familiar to Leila, as if she read it somewhere, she could scarcely make out a face, but nothing she could describe to someone. She sighed softly, her eyes finding themselves settling upon Tor once again. She couldn't help but laugh a little at Rheavon's words.
" At home in the farm lands, I have an old nag. She's served me well, but she hasn't the spirit Tor does. I dare say she wouldn't fuss if I didn't see her every day. "

Smiled gently as she spoke, shaking his head lightly as he quickly spoke, "Please, its only Rheavon, I might be the leader of my people, but I think of myself a leader among equals." Placing his hand on her shoulder he went on to say, "I find that animals surprise us. An old nag that every treated like an old workhorse, but you treated her fairly as well as bringing her treats? I'm sure she would miss you."
Laughing a bit he took his hand off her shoulder, walking lightly over to Breena. Standing over her, he reached out and gently carressed her cheek while she slept. Pulling the blanket away from her form to inspect the wounds a bit, finding them healing well. Quickly tucking her back in and leaning down to kiss her forehead.
Rising to his full height he turned from the bed and glanced at Leila, "Lets go see what the innkeep has for breakfast. We can even bring back a little something for Breena."

Leila nodded her head. " Okay, Rheavon it is then. " She smiled lopsidedly and laughed at the end of Rheavon's words. " Maybe not so much me, but more the treats.." Laughing again, she felt herself relaxing in the presence of Rheavon, her eyes following his as he peered at Breena. She was still sound asleep. " She's remarkable.." Leila whispered almost breathlessly.
Leila's tummy grumbled louder than what she would have liked it to, the noise was enough to embarass her and so her cheeks turned red. She gave a pat to her stomach and nodded her head anxiously.
" Would she like that? " Leila questioned as she walked up beside him, it was then she noticed just how tall he really was. She barely came up to his chest.

Grinned and placed his hand on her head, leaning down to look her in the eyes, on her own terms as he says, "I'm sure if she wakes up to your grinning face and a plateful of food, she would really appreciate it." Laughing he herded her out of the room, taking a glance back at Breena's sleeping form before closing the door.
Walking down the hall with Leila, Rheavon made way into the inn's common area, pulling out a chair for her as he climbed into his own. Looking up, he met the innkeep's eyes and watched as the man nodded back. The innkeep turned to one of the serving girls and pointed her to their table. Ordering 3 breakfasts, the third to be delivered once they were done he sat back in his chair and looked across at his small companion, "So Leila, I have a serious question for you. I know you probably don't want to think about it, but I would like to know. Do you know why that man would be after you?"

She smiled softly, his words encouraging her to relax further. Leila pulled her unruly locks of hair from her face and twisted them over her shoulder, she then took a leather throng and tied her hair in place.
When she got to the common area her stomach began growling all the more, she could smell sausage, her mouth watering as she inhaled the delicious scent. She lowered her form into the chair, scootching it forward as she gazed around the inn, still on high alert. As Rheavon spoke she glanced up at him, slowly frowning. " I'm not sure why. My mother said it was because of this amulet.." She reached within her dress and pulled forth the emerald and sapphire amulet. They shimmered and sparkled with a life of their own, the gems drew people to them as if they wanted all to touch, all to see. The amulet was only half of what they wanted.. They wanted Leila dead, and the amulet destroyed.
Breena's eyes flicked open, her form jolted up from the bed, tossing the covers aside as she did so. A brow arose in confusion as she glanced around the room, where am I? She thought to herself. Within a few moments she crashed back into her pillows, her arm throbbing. Ah, yes. She remembered now, she was at the Red Cross Inn, her arm a painful reminder of yesterday's events. She grimaced and then glanced down at her nude form, her fingers catching the corner of the sheet and pulling them back up to her chin.

Felt himself reaching for it and stopped himself, commanding his body back. He really didn't know what it was, didn't even recognize its style, however he could easily see the allure of it. Biting his lip he forced his hand back on the table as he said, "I see, I think you should keep that hidden. Unless its someone that Breena or myself trusts, do not show anyone. Alright?"
Quickly glancing up as the food arrived he smiled a bit as he pulled his plate closer to himself, taking a quick bite. Swallowing quickly he went on, "Well I can tell you this, with Breena, her brothers, and me around, I think this is the safest place for you." Smiled a bit towards her.

Leila's lips parted as she watched Rheavon's mannerisms changed, her brow's furrowed and she sat deep and pressed against her chair. Why did they all do that, what was wrong with them? With puffed cheeks she finally expelled the air and drew in a fresh breath. She nodded. " Yes, I understand.."
The little girl looked upon her plate of food with wide eyes, she had never seen such glorious food in her life. How was it right to eat like this every day? She thought. Why, the first large meal she had ever eaten was yesterday, with Fallon. It felt like a sin, at least to her. " Miss Breena seems to be a very passionate Lady. She loves you. " Leila giggled at the last of her words, wondering what Rheavons reaction would be to them.
Breena stroked under her chin, wincing as her fingers danced over the deep bruising upon her neck, another reminder, she thought to herself. It would be days before those faded, it would no doubt bring forth stares for as long as she remaind in the city. How she wanted to go home.. to Rheavon's estate.

Grinned widely at her words, holding back a chuckle as he has a mouthful of food, quickly swallowing before laughing, "Well, I would think she does." His eyes turning in the direction of the room where he figured she slept, "I would do anything for her..." Biting his lip softly before turning back to the food with a wry smile, "However, lets get this eaten and have some food brought to her. I'm sure she is going to wake up ravenous."
Quickly eating, he spent very little time eating further. Motioning for the keep to bring the third plate, as he just about finished his food. Scarfing the last few bites down just as the food arrived, he glanced over at Leila, "Whenever your done we can go."

Leila's face took on a more serious tone, her brows furrowing together at his certainty. " How do you know? She smiled warmly, catching the glimmer in his eye, it nearly made her giggle. She recalled it being the same way her father looked at her mother, the memory made her sigh softly. Without thinking Leila spoke again.. " Are you going to marry her? Would you do that? " She glanced down at her plate, and began picking at the food again. She wanted to see Breena again, and wanted to tend to her arm, certain that it was still painful for her.
Breena glanced around the room wondering where her clothes went off to, she sighed heavily and sat up from the comfort of the bed. She tossed aside the blankets and swung her legs to the side of the bed, her feet landing on the cool wood floor. Cerulean eyes landed on traveling bags along the wall, she smiled to herself and walked over to them, her form a bit off balance from the wooziness. When she got to the bags she knelt down and searched through her bag, cursing to herself as she pulled out soaked clothes. Quirking a brow she rumaged through Rheavon's belongings, he hadn't a spare shirt while they were in the cottage, but she wondered.. Breena wrinkled up her nose playfully and dipped her hand deep into the bag, as she pulled her hand out of the bag she brought forth a clean, dry shirt. She cackled to herself. "Men.." She thought.. Breena idly wondered how hard Rheavon had actually looked for a clean shirt, mayhaps he wanted to wear grimey clothing. No matter, she thought to herself, carefully slipping the shirt on, groaning and wincing as she moved her wounded arm.
" I wonder where they went?" Curious as to where Rheavon and Leila vanished to, as well as her brothers, none of them had come to check on her. A frown passed across her face for a moment, her form gliding across the floor before planting itself on the bed. She chuckled as she looked at the shirt she wore, it was well pass her upper thigh, and in no danger of exposing her intimate flesh. The sleeves swallowed her arms completely, and hid her curvaceous mid section.
Tor pounded his hooves upon the floor in the stable, thrashing against the walls, his cries sending into the air, calling for his companion. He desperately wanted to see her, he wanted his morning treats, kisses and rides, and so he continued his temper tantrum. As well as continued to scare off most of the handlers, the inn was running out of brave people, and soon they would hire anyone off the street to take care of this untame wretch.
Breena gasped and quickly stood to her feet, pacing toward the window. She opened it slowly and looked down to see the barn, her eyes widened as she heard Tor scream again. " Toryn Callaghan! You better not be tearing up that beautiful barn!" The cries paused momentarily, Breena cringed to think of how much she would have to pay for his damages. That fool of a horse and his damn temper.. she sighed, her shoulders falling forward.

Wet his lips softly, absently thinking about her question. It was something he had thought of in passing before, but not exactly something that he had given serious thought to yet, "I don't know...maybe if the time comes for it..." Trailing off, he stared at the ceiling for a moment as the girl finished her food and the other plate arrived. Carefully picking it up, he rose from the table, glancing over at her, "Well, Shall we?" Grinning lightly started down the hall, knowing that she will be right behind him. Coming to the door, wanting to make sure that they didn't disturb Breena if she was just getting him, he lightly knocked, grinning even wider as he called out softly, "Room service!"
Glancing over at Leila he winked at her, handing her the plate quickly, positioning her infront of the door, as he went around the corner out of sight.

Leila's curiousity, like her hunger, was satiated for now. She settled for his answer and stood up abruptly, tagging behind Rheavon. The girl slapped a hand over her mouth as she giggled, trying to silence herself, but her body unwilling to cooperate.
As Rheavon stepped aside, she held the plate, blinking in confusion. Breena opened the door, her brow raising at the familiar voice. At first she glanced into the hall way, not seeing a soul, and then she peered down to see Leila with food. She scoffed, her lips drawing up into a soft smile. " And here I thought all the men had run away with you. A pretty redhead with far more innocent ways than me..and I'm sure not as stubborn.." Breena muttered to herself, sighing softly. She poked her head out the door, glancing to one side and seeing no sight of him, and then she turned her head to the other, her eyes widening as she saw Rheavon.
Leila was unsure what to make of Breena's ramblings, wondering if she was displeased with her for something. She sighed and quirked a brow at her attire, where did she get that shirt? And was she wearing anything else, it was obvious she had no pants..Leila blushed and lowered her head.

Laughed, his face spreading into a wide grin as he reached out and cupped her cheek, "Stubborn my dear Breena is just not the word for it." Still laughing, he let his fingers linger on her cheek for a moment before he stepped behind Leila, "We went for breakfast, thinking you would like some sleep, but we did bring you some food. All Leila's idea I assure you. This little one has been taking close care of you from the moment we got here."
Smiling he placed a hand on Leila's shoulder, before going on, "Now, m'lady, may we come in and present you with your breakfast?" Snickered lightly at using the term m'lady for her.

Breena crossed her shapely legs under her frame, a light smile touching upon her face as he stroked and cupped her face. How she wanted to rest within his arms at this very moment, she had thought about how he felt as he watched Dryke strike her down and nearly choke her to death. The woman knew from experience that it was not a sight one would want to behold, lover or not.. to see someone slaughtered without mercy..especially someone that you cared for.
A distant look washed over Breena's eyes, she remembered her fallen lover's death. She recalled how depression struck her with a strict force, and she felt the rage boil in her blood again. She would not blame Rheavon for his rage, not this time, not if he Lo..cared for her as much as she cared for him. The swords however, that was a different story.
When Rheavon drew his hand away she was brought back to reality, her eyes refocusing on both the Drow and the little girl. She nodded her head, a grin coming to her face. " As she should, I was nearly killed protecting her. It's the least she could do.." Breena quirked a brow and glanced down at Leila, her words striking her hard. It was clearly seen across the girl's face, for her smile turned into thin lips and her eyes dashed to the side.
Breena let out a puff of air from her lips, she uncrossed her legs as she stared up at Rheavon, her eyes suggesting she had better plans for breakfast, however the little girl was present. Breena almost frowned at the thought of the girl being there, but she shoved it aside, having burnt the girl enough already. "M'Lord.." She shot right back at him, accentuating her irish accent." I haven't the proper attire, for a proper breakfast. Perhaps I should dash out into the common area pleading for a dress." She raised her good arm, the back of her hand slapping across her forehead. " Oh, the looks I'd get..the gold.." She chuckled at the last of her statement as she curtsied before him. She was still sore, and still dizzy, it was apparent as she wobbled.

Smiled as he ushered Leila in passed Breena, leaning lightly against the woman as he layed a soft kiss against her lips. Pausing in that moment, he stayed there, his lips lingering against hers, reluctant to pull away.
Ever so slowly he drew away from her, the very skin of his lips clinging to hers, almost as if his flesh was reluctant to pull away as well. Returning the look she had gave him for a moment before stepping past her. Gently letting the small girl set the food down, he sat down on the edge of his bed, "Perhaps once you eat, one of your brothers will be here and can take Leila to the inn they were staying at. Gather her things and we can all meet up outside of Ta'lorn." Eyeing Breena for a moment as he went on, "That is if your brothers will be returning with us?"
