Why do I try to be happy?
What's the point in it all?
When all I try to do
Dosen't amount to anything at all

You spit upon my happiness
You curse my name
I try to only help
But my sadness you maintain

You walk by me all day
When I try to say hi
All you do is look
That says : just die

I guess you don't care
What you mean to me
To feel empty as the void
As silent as a tree

But I guess I complain
And nothing is heard

You hear not a word

So life sucks, school sucks
We all have to make do
But this I won't forget
I feel this hate from you

So as I get older,
As people drag me down
Why I still try
To give you a golden crown
