Lithia, oh where to start about Lithia.
Lithia Declipse, the shadow of the night. A heart to match the obsidian coat and eyes as golden as the moon that lit the velvet and diamond sky every night. The shadows seemed to follow her as if her habitué, light seemed to dissipate around her, perhaps it was the bulk of her body, she stood six feet and five inches, the muscle mass apparent upon her bode. Masculine, a word to describe her appearance, yet there lay a strange beauty in her, one that drew many to her and she knew how to take advantage of such. Dark, another word to describe this demoness, dark in essence as well as appearance.
Lithia was born a member of the Coterie Sinmark, a “pack” which consisted of Wolfen who dedicated their lives to the shadows and to death and in the Coterie they did not believe in parents rearing the cub up, however they would choose a guardian in the pack to raise he or she until they were able to fend for themselves. They assigned the boldest one to Lithia, they knew she would be a challenge and indeed she was. When she returned from her ‘quest’, most of the elders had passed, her parents still living. The council was ready to appoint a new leader and there was yet another task to perform, and Lithia was far more ready for this task then what her Guardian had anticipated.
The quest went on for a great deal of time, Lithia was now fully mature and towered over those who opposed her, save for one and Lithia vanquished all, but that one. Daine, he was more experienced and larger. However, Lithia kept a positive mind and when it came down to the brawl, it wasn’t easy..
Lithia leapt at Daine, her talons fully extended and as Daine dove, she twisted her bode, maw latching upon his neck, her momentum dragging him with her as she slid. Daine contorted his frame, ripping himself away from the femme’s grip, thrashing her upon the ground. Blood seeped from her jowls, not of her own, but from the mascu, his neck bare, and blood trickled from the wound. For a moment both stared the other down, hair raising upon their backs, lips curled up over their fangs. Lithia broke the moment and charged him, they both rolled and the ebon masses moved quickly, talons slashing each other, blood staining the freshly fallen snow and chunks of fur lay upon the ground.
A normal fight for this quest would last for days, however, neither of them seemed to want to stop, and neither of them wished to. Weakness was being bred out of the lines and those who were weak, did not make it to this part of the quest.
Now came the last blow, a howl was heard and growls grew louder, then a yelp rang in the air, the sound of claws tapping each other was heard and as the others circled around the masses, they saw Lithia, atop of Daine, her claws around his neck, beginning to pierce through. Now, usually the winner killed the loser, however Lithia did not.
“It would be a waste to kill off one of the best warriors of Coterie Sinmark.”<br>
Was all Lithia said, in her deep voice, though always was there an alluring sound to it.
And thus, Lithia was now the Alphess of Coterie Sinmark.
