Hmm, this isn't a great poem, as it was my fingers getting away from me.
I was listening to a song, and was just typing what I felt. It is very jagged, but I don't want to edit it.. it's a lover's rambling thoughts now that his beloved is gone. -------------------------------------------------------------
I wish there was a way to mend what has been done, I wish there was something that I could do To change the keeper's mind, But I am just a man...
The love that flows through my veins will remain, I speak through passion and I will wilt now that you are gone.
I wish there was a way to mend what has been done, I wish there was something that I could do To change the keeper's mind But I am just a man..
The love that flows through my veins will remain, I speak through passion and I will wilt now that you are gone.
The lips which were laced in love Are now laced with coldness And the sadness pains my soul.
Perhaps now you look down from above, Sweeping across the land, Can you not feel my love for you?
The love that flows through my veins will remain, I speak through passion and I will wilt now that you are gone. Come back to me and rest within my arms, Oh my love...
Come back to me..
Soon I will perish without your love, I count down the days, Oh my love, I am naught without you...
Come back to me, or I am surely dead. Look into my eyes, for I am naught without you...
Alone without you...
