Yes, I realize this is a love poem, but I don't think it's worthy of being in that section, as it's really a misfit poem.. It's love, yet not. I really do -not- like how I wrote it, but it was sort of a vent. I hope I got the feelings through..though I know they are VERY scattered and rambled..lol That's just how I am tonight..Okay...before I start rambling on in here (already done) here is the poem. ----------------------------------------------
The morning light dances upon your skin- Reflecting the happiness within your eyes. How I long to kiss your lips, But afraid of waking you, I shan’t.
Oh, my terror is paralyzing, for I want not to lose you So I cling on to your body, in fear- In fear you would fade, as many things do.
Mm, and the smell of your skin, mm intoxicates me, Far stronger than any wine, more potent than any poison, A poison that breeds life, not death.
Tears of pain etch their mark into my cheek, As the light fades into dark, My teeth gnash together as my hands clutch- Not your form, a pillow. For you. You are just a dream.. A dream that I wait for.
