Puppy Love it was

I remember on those summer days,
Where we used to talk at your front door.
I never really knew you liked me,
But I liked you alot.
Your all I used to think about.
You even gave me a basketball,
That you signed and gave to me.
#1 ****(took out the name)
During those talking periods,
I would just stare into the eyes of you.
And you would smile and shyly turn away.
Then I stopped coming.
Because I stopped,
Taking the bus to my cousin's house after school.
Now we don't see each other anymore,
Because I moved to a different city...
And through that time,
As we both got older.
I bet we both started to realize.
That it was just puppy love..
Thats all it was,
Nothing more,
Nothing less.
I'm sort of upset..
Because I didn't notice it.
But the mystery that still gets me even today.
Is that..
Did you like me too?
