Not a day goes by, That I don't wonder why, The language evolves, And morals dissolve.
Why is it girls need sex? When all he’ll do is move to the next. What is it about drugs that is so ‘cool’<br>They erase your mind, you become a fool.
Is all to soon end? That we must all blend, To be cool, Hate, your fuel.
Why must they join a gang? When people fall, with a “bang”. Blood is shed and hate is bred, Another gun is fired, Another person dead.
I wonder where morality has gone, As I sit awake 'til dawn, Thinking the people today.. Are just the devils spawn.

Nymiane,
Great job with this poem. I liked it a lot.
I found it funny, extremely funny when the second stanza noticed girls having sex and what not. It reminded me of some of the girls that I had to work with on our Freshman Homecoming Float. Bad memories and terrible images not able to be removed... Anyways, I found the entire poem meaningful.
Excellently done,
-J. Stewart
