Caught under the rider's deadly gaze, Surely your soul will fade Blackened sword, blackened steed This vital warning you must heed Hellish grin, glowing eyes He looks at you and you will die Merciless murderer, no laws abide Your cries of plea he will subside Impeccable speed, cunning whit But know your death will be quick Ever-knowing, always there Always up to give you a good scare Only few know how to ensue his dread Hold a crucifix, and wear the color red Murder so divine The moon is abroad, making his blood-stained sword shine The night his home, the earth his only border Looking upon us, is his torture Sweet agony When the sun arises, the Phantom will flee A charming adversary, a valiant fighter And that is why he is the Phantom Rider
